A
new 'Regional Communication Team' of 8 members, led by Maggie
Fallon, has been seconded into the Support for Learning Division
of the Scottish Executive, with a remit to disseminate and
support the development of approaches to promoting positive
behaviour throughout Scotland.
Each
team member will have a local patch of three to four education
authorities. Through the team, schools and education authorities
can access training and ongoing support to develop their implementation
of Better Behaviour - Better Learning. See 'latest' on the

Behaviour website for more information.

LGBT
Youth Scotland
Commissioned
by SEED, LGBT Youth Scotland undertook research about how
to deal with homophobic incidents in schools. They spoke with
teachers, headteachers, education authorities and young people.
They hope to disseminate the research in spring 2006. Watch
