Trond Waage, the Norwegian Ombudsman for Children, delivered the keynote address at this Anti-Bullying and Scottish Schools Ethos Networks' conference, held in partnership with Stirling Council. We have launched some short extracts of Trond's speech, along with a gallery of photographs from the conference.

Dr Bill Rogers' reputation meant that we were unable to accommodate everyone who wanted to attend his keynote address at this conference organised by the Anti-Bullying and Ethos Networks early in 2004.
