Conference, Dunblane, December 2003
The
main focus of this conference was on what adults can do to encourage
young people to develop and express their collective view about
school policies and practices. Trond
Waage, the Norwegian Children's Ombudsman, is a strong
advocate of increased power, participation and rights for young
people. He is a thought provoking and at times controversial speaker
who helped set a positive and challenging tone for the day.
