Is
there a difference between the personal characteristics of
the individual and the group bully?

It has been suggested
that there is a difference between bullies who tend to operate
in a group and those who tend to bully on their own. It
was found that the bully operating in a group tends to be
more sociable and conformist than the individual bully.
