Waage, the Norwegian Ombudsman for Children, delivered
the keynote address at this Anti-Bullying and Scottish
Schools Ethos Networks' conference, held in partnership
with Stirling Council. We have launched some
short extracts of Trond's speech, along with a gallery
of photographs from the conference.

accommodate everyone who wanted to attend his keynote
address at this conference organised by the Anti-Bullying
and Ethos Networks early in 2004. The short
