We
are delighted to announce the publication by the Scottish Executive
of three new leaflets. The Anti-Bullying Network has worked with SEED
to revise and update the Let's Stop Bullying leaflets for children and
parents which were first published a few years ago. The third leaflet
is completely new and is aimed at young people between the ages of 14
and 18. These leaflets represent a significant and substantial (the
one for parents contains 14 pages) free resource providing common sense
advice to people of all ages who are concerned about bullying.
As
well as containing new and updated information the leaflets have also
been given a colourful new look based on illustrations done by pupils
in Scottish schools.
Copies
of the advice leaflets for children, parents and families and young
people can be downloaded by clicking an image below. Scottish schools
can request multiple printed copies, and individuals can request single
printed
copies by telephoning SEED on 0131 244 4482.
Large print and
audio tape versions of the three leaflets have also been produced by
the Scottish Braille Press on behalf of the Scottish Executive. For
copies please contact: Pupil Support & Inclusion Division, Education
Department, Scottish Executive, Victoria Quay, Edinburgh EH6 6QQ.
