strategies aimed at promoting active pupil participation in decision making and in the management of learning.
These strategies are aimed at creating a better, safer learning environment and reducing levels of indiscipline.

It celebrates the success of the winners of the Scottish Schools Ethos Award and the Anti-Bullying Network Poster Competition.
